Advance tickets recommended, available from the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra office (206.523-6159)
The Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra is the Northwest's premier big band jazz ensemble. Founded in 1995, the 17 piece big band is made up of the most prominent jazz soloists and band leaders in the greater Seattle area. The SRJO is co-directed by drummer Clarence Acox, nationally recognized director of bands at Seattle's Garfield High School, and saxophonist/arranger Michael Brockman, long-time faculty member at the University of Washington School of Music.
The Jazz4Kids concerts are special events that provide children and youth a rare opportunity to hear jazz performed live in an excellent concert hall. The Nordstrom Recital Hall is a relatively small hall (540 seats) where audience members can enjoy a very close interaction with the performers. The concerts include demonstration of the instruments by members of the band and time for questions.

Hello girls and families. Cassie and I will again be attending a camp where over 100 female martial artists come together to train and learn with and from each other. PAWMA camp is an amazing experience. Being able just to commune with so many girls and women of different backgrounds, ages and body types is inspiring. Women at camp truly glow with energy there.
If there are girls that are interested, I would be happy to talk to families about transportation. The $200 for the weekend is GREAT deal. Check out the website!
