Facilities & maintenance

  • Repair white board in hallway (broken frame) - ASAP (during Spring Break?) —DONE (Jeff H - Thanks!)
  • Clean out refrigerators in office and student kitchen – ASAP - DONE (Kathy K)
  • Fix lock on laptop cart – by June 11, 2008 — (David C. working on it)
  • Refinish Patti's desk - summer 08

Office

  • Upload LWGMS photos to online storage site and/or burn to CD’s – by September 1, 2008
  • Organize copy area storage and office items – whenever possible
  • Enter data from alumnae update forms - this spring
  • Help with filing in office - monthly

Art

  • Help with framing and matting art for art show - by mid-May
  • Help Lindsey build hinged display units for art show — by mid-May - (Tom M & David M)

Sports

  • Coach soccer in Fall '08. Run a clinic in late August/early September and start practices the first week of school.

Other

  • P-patch coordinator. Attend meeting on Sat 3/29 at 10:30. See Kirsten for details. — DONE (Deborah)
  • Bring LWGMS to the Storm! Coordinate a group to go to a Storm game - — IN PROGRESS (Karri M and David T)
